(www.brightonrevisited.co.uk) will introduce you to the city starting outside the Brighton Visitor Information Centre and then into the historic Lanes where the twisting alleyways were once the heart of the fishing village of Brighthelmstone and today are home to designer boutiques, jewellers and antique stores. Francoise will then take you to the beachfront and explain the significance of Dr Richard Russell and his sea-water cure… Tour will last approximately 1 hour.

- 'The Book and The Rose' event in Jubilee Square (24th & 25th April) - Following on from the success of last year's event "the Book and the Rose" will once again celebrate England’s literary heritage, and the flower associated with St George. Over the weekend, Jubilee Square in the heart of Brighton's Cultural Quarter, will be filled with both book and rose sellers.
- The Lightning Seeds @ Brighton Dome (24th April) - One of the UK's best pop groups of the last 20 years will be performing at Brighton Dome and will be playing a mixture of classic hits such as: Change, Pure, The Life of Riley, Lucky You as well as tracks of the new album Four Winds www.brightondome.org
- From Sickert to Gertler: Modern British Art from Boxted House @ Brighton Museum & Art Gallery - This exhibition celebrates the lives of Bobby and Natalie Bevan and the works that hung on the walls of their home, Boxted House in Essex, which became a gathering place for artists after the Second World War. www.brighton.virtualmuseum.info
